An article titled “Web site links area’s diverse Hispanic community” featured SaborHR.com in the July 12 edition of the Daily Press. A July 13 article analyzing the Hispanic vote in the upcoming presidential election, also in the Daily Press, quoted Mavel Velasco, president of the Hispanic Leadership Forum; Beatriz Amberman, founder of the Hispanic Community Dialogue Organization of Virginia; Frank Gonzales, owner of HelloWorld; and Sandra Sanchez, co-owner of SaborHR.com.

Obama pointed out that 40,000 registered Latino voters failed to turn out on Election Day 2004 in New Mexico, a state Democratic candidate John F. Kerry lost by fewer than 6,000 votes, the Washington Post reported.

Opposition lies not in fear of lost American jobs, but rather stems from the killings of Colombian labor activists.
