Kids Salsa & Hip Hop: Dancing a little old school and a little new

It's part of our latin culture to introduce salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia and all the typical dances early on. Today less kids are learning dance at home. Don't let your kids miss out on the experience of the fun, creativity, and exercise that is part of dancing.

The Mambo Room is the only Latin Dance studio in Hampton Roads and is offering Salsa for Kids and Teens. Kids ages 9 - 17 can learn all the salsa moves, turns, footwork and take home a little piece of nuestra cultura as well.

In true moderna fashion the Mambo Room also offers Hip Hop for kids and teens interested in keeping it fresh with some of the hot moves they see on MTV, BET and VH-1. Dance instructor Christa Green will be keeping the kids on their toes in this exciting class.

Salsa Kids / Teens Class - Wednesdays 5pm - 6pm
Hip Hop Classes - Mondays 5pm - 6pm & Saturdays 10am - 11pm

Registration Days - January 5 - 11
Saturday 10am - 5pm, Monday-Friday 3-9 pm,
Open to ages 9 - 17.
(Register Jan 5 - 8 and we will waive
the $25 registration fee).

Tuition:
Registration Fee: $25
Showcase Fee: $50
1 hour per week: $50 per month
2 hours per week: $90 per month
3 hours per week: $120
